Accommodation
We have secured bedrooms for meeting participants at an attractive group rate of 139 EUR per night, including breakfast, VAT and city taxes. Double occupancy is 149 EUR per night including breakfast for two persons, VAT and city taxes. Take note that the group rates we have secured can ONLY be booked with the registration. These rates are not available online.
Cancellation of booked bedrooms is free of charge until 1 July 2025. After this date, if we are able to resell your bedroom to another participant, you will get the full costs refunded. This arrangement applies until 1 September 2025 from which time no refunds for rooms are possible. Name changes for bedrooms are always free of charge.

The meeting materials will be distributed onsite. After the meeting, you will receive a notification when the plenary presentations and meeting highlights report are available in our library.

Ground Transport
Coming by car:
The hotel has 208 parking places and the rate is €4.00 per hour or €25.00 for the day.
Coming by public transport:
From Brandenburg airport: Take the RE7 or RB14 trains to Zoologischer Garten station. From there, take bus 100 and get off at the bus stop Lützowplatz.The journey will take approximately 1 hour.
From Central Station: Take the S-Bahn metro lines S5, S9, or S75 to the station Zoologischer Garten. From there, take bus 100 to the stop Lützowplatz.
Taking a taxi from the airport::
A taxi to or from Brandenburg airport will cost around €70.00.
Spouses and other guests
According to Lupus Academy regulations, guests will not be able to attend any meeting related functions, including program sponsored meals or coffee breaks.
Dress code
Business casual.
Electricity
Electrical sockets in Germany are one of the two European standard electrical socket types. If your appliance’s plug does not match the shape of these sockets, you will need a travel plug adapter.
Currency
Germany has the EURO as currency.
Weather
The October weather in Berlin is usually dry, but temperatures get cooler averaging 13 degrees Celsius (55F) during the day. In the evenings temperatures can drop under 6 degrees Celsius (43F).
